1. Trained Bangladesh Team for Yonex Sunrise Bangladesh International Challenge/Series 2016-2018 and secured best performance ever including gold on MS, MD, WD events and awarded by Prime Minister of Bangladesh Government in 2017.
2. South Asian training camp in Assam India where India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives took part from 29^th November to 8^th December 2017.
3. South Asian Players Training camp 2010 as a Coach in Bangladesh
4. Total 4 international training Camps as an assistant Coach with Simon and Shambenthan (Malaysia) at BAC Accredited Training Center (ATC) in South Asia Center Where U-13 South Asia Badminton Training was the last one held in September to October and senior one in December 2011.
5. I have my own Badminton Academy named Team Nikhil Badminton Academy as a Coaching Director.
6. I have conducted training as a coach for the players from USA, England, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Scotland, Norway, Canada, Switzerland, Sri- Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives and Mongolia.

7. I took part in the coaches` Clinic in Bangalore (India), Organized by Badminton Asia Confederation in 2007 (level 2).
8. I participated in the South Asian Coach Education Program, Organized by Badminton Asia Confederation in 2010 in Bangladesh.
9. Took part on Shuttle Time Trainer and coordinator Course organized by BAC in 2014 in Malaysia.

1. I was one of the national champions in doubles of sub junior in1995.
2. I secured rank 2nd in national sub junior ranking in 1995.
3. I am one of the national runners up in doubles of junior in 1998.
